My work and content
The text, graphics, design and portfolio work on this site belong to Vess Creative or to the clients and businesses I’ve worked with, and are protected by copyright. Logos, brand names and trademarks shown in my portfolio belong to their respective owners.
Some portfolio projects are concept work created to show my design approach. They’re labelled as concepts and aren’t connected to a real business.
You may not copy, download, adapt or use any portfolio work, imagery or written content, including as references for your own commercial work or to train AI tools, without my written permission. If you’d like to share or feature my work, just ask at hello@vesscreative.com. I’m usually happy to say yes.
Pricing and services
Packages and prices on this site are starting points, shown in Canadian dollars, and may change without notice. They aren’t a quote or an offer. Every project’s final scope, price and timeline are confirmed in a written proposal and contract before any work begins.
Inquiries
Sending an inquiry doesn’t create a client relationship or commit either of us to working together. A project is only booked once a contract is signed and the deposit is paid.
Links to other sites
This site may link to other websites, such as social media or past client sites. I’m not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
No guarantees
I work to keep this site accurate and up to date, but it’s provided “as is.” I can’t guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or completely current.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Vess Creative isn’t liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this site or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable law that can’t be limited.

How I collect and use your information is explained in my Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. When I do, I’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
